Processing & Delivery IslandKiks operates on a pre-order basis, and orders typically require 10–14 days to be processed and delivered. The estimated 10–14 day timeframe begins after the order has been confirmed and the pre-order has been placed. Delivery Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. IslandKiks will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Once the order has been dispatched, customers may receive relevant delivery information where applicable. Delays While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated 10–14 day timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, shipping disruptions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in delays. If a significant delay occurs, IslandKiks will communicate the relevant information to the customer. Delivery Address Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before confirming your order. Changes to the delivery address after the order has been placed may not always be possible.
